LEECS Central Office

Lahan Eye & Ear Care System (LEECS) grown into largest eye care provider in Nepal under Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh. Annually more than 1 million examination and treatment is provided to people of Koshi Province, Madhesh Pradesh and others including neighboring countries India, Bangladesh & Bhutan. Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye Hospital in Lahan, Biratnagar Eye Hospital in Biratnagar are two high volume eye hospitals & 30 Eye and Ear Care Centers are under EREC-P.

These departments are equipped with highly qualified and trained manpower who closely work with both eye hospitals and support them. Further, they travel and stay to Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye Hospital, Lahan monthly and participate in hospital activities, support the local team for further improvement in their daily activities and planning.

The concept of LEECS Central Office is successful model for LEECS that helped organization to retain highly skilled manpower and minimized the cost of organization by not duplicating same resources at both hospitals.
