The 399 member Staff at the SCEH and all its Satellite Clinics include 15 Ophthalmologist, 1 ENT, 1 Anesthesiologist, 1 Microbiologist, 14 administrative staff, 43 ophthalmic assistants (OA), 17 optometrist, 1 health assistant, 5 staff nurse, 1 anesthesia assistant, 8 pharmacy assistant, 63 eye health workers and different type of trainees.

All staff members, aside from the doctors, are locals and have been trained at SCEH, Lahan.
